Bob Cooper, Parks Director, said <br /> Leach of the three arts groups were contributing from their <br /> funds. He said utility bills will be paid by the City and an <br /> analysis of budgeted utility funds was being conducted to see <br /> if adequate monies are budgeted to cover these utilities <br /> together with all other city building utilities. If enough <br /> funds have not been appropriated, Council will be requested to <br /> appropriate additional funds for these expenses.
