90 February 27,1991 0 <br /> PURCHASE-PAINT <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser, seconded by Councilman Anderson to <br /> authorize the Purchasing Department to purchase the required <br /> point from Norris Paint for 1991 traffic lines. <br /> The State of Washington solicited competitive bids for traffic <br /> line paint of the same type vm require, Washington State <br /> Contract <br /> as awarded act 259-87 w to Norris Paint Company of Salem, <br /> regon. We have an interlocal agreement with the State of 0 <br /> Washington that allows us to make purchases from state <br /> contracts. <br /> Roll was <br /> called with all councilmen voting yes except President <br /> Morrow who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 112TH STREET-PROSPECTUS <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser, seconded by Councilman Overstreet to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign the Transportation Improvement <br /> Board-prospectus for the 112th Street preliminary Design Phase. ()1 <br /> Mike Dellen, representing SCOTT, encouraged councllmembers [ <br /> adopt this prospectus.
