91 <br /> February 27,1991 <br /> C5R-525/PAINE FIELD BOULEVARD-PROSPECTUS <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser, seconded by Councilman Anderson to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign the Transportation Improvement <br /> Board prospectus for the SR-525/Paine Field Boulevard,Stages 1 <br /> and B. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except President <br /> Morrow who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT-SEWER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> . . <br /> Moved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilman Moser to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with Shannon&Wilson, <br /> Inc. in the amount of 110,497 to perform geotechnical/soils <br /> engineering work for the Sewer Main Replacement Project. <br /> Roll was cabled with all councilmen voting yes except President <br /> Morrow who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION-NO PARKING <br /> Moved by Councilman Pope, seconded by Councilman Moser Si adopt <br /> Resolution Na. 3437 for the installation of No Parking, now <br /> Away Zone 10 p.m. -6 a.m. in the vicinity of Howarth Park as <br /> follows: <br /> Neighborhood residents in the vicinity of Howarth Park have <br /> expressed concern about high speed, late night traffic and <br /> parking in the area around Howarth Park by people who are using <br /> the park during off-hours. The Everett Police Department <br /> proposed the Dawnf "no parking" signs to control use of the <br /> park during off hours. The Transportation Advisory Committee <br /> reviewed the proposal during a visit to the site and <br /> recommended installing the signs at their December meeting. <br />
