In January 1991 it <br /> was expended again from three to four. In the 1991 budget <br /> there,wam anallowance fox anexpenditure to cover the purchase <br /> of two mini v s for the expanded D.A.R.E. program. There is <br /> currently a Washington State contract (f18OC-90,good through <br /> April 15, 1991) with Smoker Point Sales and Service for the <br /> 1091 GMC Safari passenger mini van at a cost of$14,3115 each <br /> (including tax and delivery).. <br /> Moved by Councilman Pope, seconded by Councilman Overstreet to <br /> rove <br /> Contract the <br /> progra9Gafrom Smoker mini <br /> Point85alesfrom <br /> and Washington <br /> for State <br /> the <br /> O.A.R.E.program at a cost of 514,385 each (including tax and <br /> delivery). <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> The operation and management of the Pro-Shop and restaurant at C <br /> the two municipal golf courses is contracted to the Golf Pro <br /> Manager, mob Whisman. A new contract has been negotiated <br /> between the City and the Golf Pro. Changes .include', <br /> two-year contract rather than four; increase to 5% the amount <br /> of the gross sates and services paid to the City and <br /> specifically to include electric golf carts In that percentage. <br /> Moved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilman Pape to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign a agreement with the Pro-Manager O <br /> for the operation of the two municipal golf courses. <br /> 0 <br />
