He felt <br /> there would be many complicating circumstances to be addressed, <br /> but that Council could redefine"resident.if they wished. <br /> Councilmembers Pope and Morrow wished this issue to be <br /> revisited. They felt it wasn't equitable for those paying City <br /> taxes to not be allowed to purchase memberships. <br />• <br /> Councilmembers Gipson, Anderson and Moser felt the present <br /> system was adequate. <br /> Moved by Councilman Overstreet, seconded by Councilman Diamond <br /> to call far the vote. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> • Motion carried. <br /> • <br />• President Morrow introduced Bob Whisman whose son is presently <br /> on the pro golf circuit. <br /> BUDGET AMENDMENT-LIBRARY • <br />• Moved by Councilmen Gipson,seconded by Councilmen Anderson to <br /> approve budget amendment in the amount of $10,285 for a <br />• <br />• Library.
