A <br /> 173 <br /> April 10,1991 <br /> Moved by Councilman Pope, so conded by Councilman Overstreet to <br /> adopt the Hearing Examiner.srecommendations'and authorize the <br /> Mayor to sign Addendum t3 to the Development Agreement of <br /> Ordinance No.797-81 with Claremont Village,Inc. <br /> • <br /> Rollcalled with all oilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilman Anderson who was excused. <br /> , <br /> ( Notion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING-COMMUNITY TRANSIT PROPERTY <br /> President Morrow opened the public hearing o revision to the <br /> Concomitant Agreement to Zoning Ordinance No. 953-83 for the <br /> Community Transit property. <br /> Pam Farnsworth, Planning Department, reviewed the history of <br /> the Community Transit property. In May of 1983, the City of <br /> Everett an nexed the 20 acre Community Transit site to the <br /> City. InJune of 1983, City Council approved a General Plan <br /> designation of Planned Industrial District for the property and <br /> a rezone of the site to 0-0, Medium Manufacturing with a <br /> concomitant agreement which controlled construction of a <br /> Community Transit operation base at the site. The proposal <br /> included the construction of a new facility for transit <br /> administration,operation,vehicle maintenance,and storage. <br /> Community Transit isonamendment endment to the <br /> n <br /> Concomitant Agreement to allow a antenna to extend to 76 feet <br /> 8 inches in height, rather than the 35 feet permitted in the <br /> agreement. Pam stated that approval from the Federal Aviation <br /> Agency as well as Paine Field wasrequired for anything greater <br /> than 35 feet in height. Thehave already received approval <br /> from the FAA and Paine Field; however, Paine Field recommended <br /> that an obstruction light be placed on the antenna. <br /> President Morrow asked if there were any public comments. <br /> Reid Shocker,2920 Colby Avenue,representing Community Transit <br /> was available Por any questions. <br /> Moved by Cmuhcllnah Pope, seconded by councilman Overstreet to <br /> close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilman Anderson who wasexcused. <br /> CMotion carried. <br /> C <br /> 3 <br />
