18B <br /> CApril 24,1991 <br /> Councilman Moser complimented President Morrow on the brief <br /> 111 history regarding the families donating the land for (each <br /> Park, Walter E. Hall and Rowley baseball field that was <br /> presented at the parks dedication last week. Councilman Moser <br /> will be attending a PSCOG meeting Thursday and celated that the <br /> counties have not yet signed the interlocal agreement for this <br /> reorganization effort. <br /> C <br /> Councilman Anderson will be attending a Human Needs Committee <br /> meeting later this week. <br /> PRESIDENT'S COMMENTS <br /> President Morrow indicated there will be a workshop on the <br /> museum issue in the near future. <br /> President Morrow read a letter addressed to Dave Neyens, <br /> Everett Fire Department, from Greg Tisdel complimenting the <br /> fine job the Has-Mat Team did at the mock spill training <br /> session this pest week. In support he extended the use of his <br /> facillty for future training purposes. <br /> Council will be asked to attend a Colby Square announcement at <br /> 9:45 a.m.next Wednesday. <br /> On today's agenda Item 19,C.B.9104-18,will be delayed. <br /> AN ORD/NANCE identifying and establishing Appointive <br /> Offacer positions in the City of Everett and amending <br /> Sections 1 and 2 of Ordinance No. 1296-86(CMG 2.10.050 <br /> and.0701. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS <br /> to 'verstreet <br /> RESOLUTION-CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No.3461 as follows: <br />
