She said that Paul Heftanskl of <br /> Community Transit <br /> and Robert Brannan of Parsons Brinckerhoff are in attendance to <br /> answer any questions. <br /> • <br /> Br. Glenn Drumheller, 1515 Pacific Avenue, stated he is the <br /> owner <br /> of the building at the c of Paific and Colby. It <br /> ishis understanding that the Transit Center will surround his <br /> building but the building site is not included in theplans for O <br /> the Centex. <br /> Lorna Rigsby, Attorney with Bell d Ingram, representing the <br /> Pacific end Colby Building owners <br /> and businesses, stated that <br /> the impact to the professionaltenants in the building have not <br /> been considered in the analysis. The Transit Center will <br /> Bate a negative environment for the businesses and all are <br /> opposed to the .selection of this site for the Center. Ms <br /> ✓ilely also questioned the condemnation of the existing perking <br /> for the professional businesses. <br /> • Leroy said that the revised plan did not condemn the 27 <br /> existing parking spaces. Ms. Bigsby asked to review the <br /> revised plan, but the plan was not brought to the hearing for <br /> consideration. <br /> Reid Sheckey, 2024 Colby, of ShockeyBrent Incorporated, <br /> presented letter on.behalf of Pacific e nd Colby Inc. stating <br /> is <br /> y danot <br /> object to the concept of a centralized <br /> transit center, they do not believe the facility a <br /> planned integrateswell with other features of downtown • <br /> development and firmly believe that significant damage could <br /> occur to the tenants of their building if this plan moves <br /> ahead.^ <br /> Bob Brokaw, 1710 Rucker, questioned the site as proposed for <br /> the Transit Center. He felt this plan would not utilize the <br /> highest end best use of the property. <br /> Dr. Brian Lueth, 1515 Pacific, related the impact to his 0 <br /> business that could be anticipated if the Transit Center is <br /> located as planned. He said theof the business <br /> tenants have not been properly addressedr and that the revised <br /> plan had not been presented for review. <br /> Glenn Drumheller said that the plans have not been <br /> sufficiently disclosed end further analysis is necessary.
