City Attorney Bruce Jones told c cilmembers the <br /> City,could require that prevailing wages ben paid but not <br /> require union contractors. Ken Housden, <br /> n Public Works Director, <br /> said that the City Coes check toethat prevailing wages are <br /> 1 Paid.'. <br /> Councilman Moser questioned the Tri-State alternate bid which <br /> substitutes cote <br /> re cylinder pipe for ductile iron pipe. <br /> Clair Olivers saidthe specification took into consideration <br /> the alternate. <br /> Roll was <br /> called with all councilmen voting yes except President <br /> Morrow who voted no and Councilman Overstreet who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> BID REPORT <br /> Bids for modular inside library signage were opened May 9, , <br /> 1991.
