They were as <br /> follows:, • <br /> Bobby Wolford Trucking&Salvage $10,746.64 <br /> Brad Mason Trucking and Excavating,Inc.10,317.33 <br /> 0 <br /> Carl Larson Construction,Inc. 19,033.56 <br /> Staff recommends the bid be awarded to Brad Mason Trucking and <br /> Excavating,Inc.,the lowest and most responsive bidder. <br /> BID AWARD-DEMOLITION <br /> Moved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilman Diamond to <br /> award the bid for the demolition of a single family residence <br /> and detached garage situated at 3919 High Street to Brad Mason <br /> Trucking and Excavating, Inc. for $10,317.33 including <br /> Washington State sales tat,the lowest and most responsive bid. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen votino yes except President <br /> Morrow who voted no and Councilman Overst_eet who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Councilman Gipson and President,Morrow stated they would like <br /> Marian-to Schedule a'meeting so they could talk with Mr.Davis. <br /> • • <br /> .• , , <br /> RESOLUTION • <br /> Mooed by Councilmen Moser, seconded by Councilman Pope to adopt <br /> Resolution No. 3474 establishing the speed limit on 7th Avenue <br /> between Everett Nell Way and 92nd Street at 25 mph as follows: <br /> 0 <br /> Ken Housden, Public Works Director, stated this speed limit <br /> change was requested by area residents.
