Staff recommends the bid be awarded to Bobby Wolford Trucking, <br /> the lowest and most responsive bidder. <br /> BIO AWARD.-CEMOLITION <br /> Moved by Councilman Anderson, seconded by Councilman Moser to <br /> award the bid for the demolition[of a single family residence <br /> situated at 3923 High Street to Bobby Wolford Trucking for <br /> $8,497.13 including Washington State sales tax,the lowest end <br /> most responsive bid. <br /> Marian Payne, Planning, told ccunbnr lmembers she had had many <br /> C conversations with Mr.Davis,the a of the property, to try <br /> to resolve this problem so that demolitionwouldn't be <br /> necessary.
