He recommended that the proposed ordinance be <br /> approved. <br /> August Nardesich, 4712 Marmont Avenue, objected to passage of <br /> the proposal due to not providing proper notice to the citizens <br /> when changes ara being made. <br /> Jim Iles, Assistant City Attorney, said that proper notice is <br /> given and will be given with this change.
