June 5,1991 2)] <br /> CSILVER LAKE WETLANDS <br /> Moved by Councilman Pope, seconded by Councilman Anderson to <br /> remand recommendation 116, regarding treatment of wetlands in <br /> the Silver Lake drainage basin back to the Planning commission <br /> with the <br /> oendation that the Planning Commission work with <br /> the Planning Department, Public Works Department and property <br /> owners in the Silver Lake drainage basin to mitigate the wetland <br /> issues <br /> • <br /> Councilman Overstreet recommended the motion be defeated so that <br /> proper steps can be taken to protect the water quality of Silver <br /> Roll was called with all the councilmen <br /> uncilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilman Overstreet and President Mcrrow who voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING(continued) <br /> • <br /> Mr. Giffen presentetlm endation e17, which would allow <br /> nonconforming lots locatedin zones allowing multiple family <br /> development with less than the minimum required lot area to be <br /> developed with more than a single family dwelling provided that <br /> new construction complies with the density requirements and all <br /> other ostandards applicable to multiple family development. <br /> Moved by Councilman Pope, seconded by councilman Overstreet to <br /> close the public hearing in regards tomendation Win <br /> o <br /> relating to nonconforming lots located in e�zones allowing <br /> multiple family development. <br /> President Morrow asked if anydne wished to speak and no one <br /> replied. <br /> Rall was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> C NON CONFORMING LOTS-MULTIPLE FAMILY ZONES <br /> Moved by Councilman Diamond, seconded by Councilman Overstreet <br /> to adept recommendation Mly allowing nonconforming lots located <br /> ins allowing multiple family development with less than the <br /> minimumrequired lot area to be develoconstruction <br /> with more than a <br /> single family dwelling provided that ca plies <br /> with the density requirements and all otherstandards applicable <br /> to multiple family developments. <br /> C <br /> C <br />
