262 June 5,1991 0 <br /> CHANGE ORDER <br /> Moved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilman Anderson to <br /> accept Change Order No. 7 and to authorize the Mayor to sign <br /> Change 020.9 00. 7 for$101,590 with Cree Construction Company <br /> for additional work to the Mein Library Construction Project. <br /> The change order is necessary to correct omissions in the <br /> original plans and specifications, improve the quality of <br /> appearance,comply with codes or rulings of code inspectors and <br /> take care of problems in the existing building that have been o <br /> uncovered in the remodel. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Notion carried. <br /> CHANGE ORDER <br /> Nosed by Councilman Diamond, seconded by Councilman Gipson to <br /> accept Change Order No.3 and authorize the Mayor to sign Change <br /> Order Na.5 for$486,274.45 with Tri State Construction Co. for <br /> the Oth Avenue SE IMprovements. <br /> The change order includes work involved in d ththe road CA) , <br /> N: <br /> water mains, side sewers, LID 730 ane sewer <br /> lift station. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes.
