292 <br /> 0 <br /> June 12,1991 <br /> ) <br /> AGREEMENT-LIBRARY <br /> Moved by Councilman Pope, seconded by Councilman Diamond to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign a Public Art Agreement with Sonja <br /> Blomdahl for glass panels in the City of Everett Library for <br /> 817,500. <br /> Mayor Kinch told couocilmembers he would be meeting with the <br /> Cultural Commission to encourage the promotion of local art and <br /> artists. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT-LIBRARY <br /> rXegia'7::herC,itjasT.:=9=ri,cAltlinMeegre:gc7:rdlristt% <br /> cast bronze sculpture for the Libary. <br /> After a brief discussion regarding copyright privileges and how <br /> it affects the value of an art object it was decided that this <br /> agenda item should Oe delayed for further review and <br /> information. <br /> AGREEMENT-LANE CHAPLAIN EASEMENT <br /> Moved by Councilman Overstreet, seconded by Councilman Diamond <br /> to authorize the Mayor to execute an easecent with the D.N.R. <br /> for access across State land to City property located northeast <br /> of Lake Chaplain. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 0 <br /> DAVID GUADALUPE APPEAL <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser, seconded Sr Councilman Pope to delay <br /> this item giving time to the Planning Department to review a <br /> latter from the appellants.attorney, Mr.Butler,that was just <br /> received this morning. <br />
