315 <br /> June 26,1091 <br /> Moved by President Morrow, seconded by Councilman Moser to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement for the rental. of <br /> additional space to Snohomish County in the Mall Street <br /> Building. <br /> City Attorney Bruce Jones,made it clear that the City wants to <br /> work with the County in Jointly utilizing the Wall Street <br /> Building. Month to month was selected so that the County could <br /> get into the building more quickly. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilman Pope who voted no, Councilman Overstreet who was out <br /> of Council Chambers,and Councilmen Gipson and Diamond who were <br /> excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> City Attorney Bruce Jones said the vote was a three to one vote <br /> and since it was an administrative matter, and that under the <br /> Charter,that is a valid approval of a contract. <br /> I C AGREEMENT-SURPLUS VEHICLE <br /> Moved by Councilman Pope,.seconded by Councilman Overstreet to <br /> authorize the Mayor Sr sign an agreement.900 the sale of <br /> surplus vehicle to the Snohomish Police Department. . <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilmen Gipson and Diamond who were excused. <br /> Notion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT-NIS51 TECHNOLOGIES,,INC. <br /> Moved by Councilman Overstreet, seconded by Councilman Pope to <br /> authorize.Mhe Mayor to sign an agreement for consulting <br /> services for a financial system with Nissi Technologies, Inc. <br /> for an amount not to exceed$350,875. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilmen Gipson and Diamond who were ex.sed. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
