<br /> PUBLIC ART AGREEMENT-LIBRARY
<br /> Moved by Councilman Anderson, seconded by Councilman Overstreet
<br /> to authorize the Mayor to sign a public art agreement with C.N.
<br /> Graham for a lighted metal globe structure in the City of
<br /> Everett Library.
<br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except President
<br /> Morrow who was excused.
