To <br /> complete this project the City will fund the difference with <br /> previously collected mitigation funds. The previously collected <br /> funds, from Ridgewood Terrace, <br /> e will be applied to the purchase <br /> of signal poles for thisproject.Hamr <br /> Hambrook, Inc. s proceeding <br /> with the construction of the signal and it should be completed <br /> in late fall or early winter. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except President <br /> Morrow who was excused. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> r <br />' C. <br />
