Further he suggested that crass examinations also be handled by the moderator. Councilman.Moser had a question-about talking:with appellants and City Attorney Bruce Jones i inded the,councilmembers that all information received needed to be shared with all couneilmembers. RESOLUTION Roved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilman Diamond to adopt Resolution No. 3506 adopting scheduling and procedures for the SERA Appeals Hearing on the Boeing expansion. WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a number of SEPA administrative appeals have been filed concerning the Boeing Expansion which the City Council will be required to hear;and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is appropriate to establish hearing schedulesand procedures to facilitate this hearing;and WHEREAS,the City Council finds that the Council President has established schedules and procedures for the hearing which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT: 1.. That the Council does hereby adopt the schedules and procedures established by the Council President as the Council's hearing schedule, rules end procedures for the subject appeals; 2. That the Council does hereby.. uthorize theo cil President to establish such additional.schedules, rules and procedures as he deems necessary to facilitate the hearing;and C •
