Upon roll <br /> call it was found that Mayor Kinch and all councilmen were <br /> present. <br />• The minutes of the August ), 1991 meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> CT <br /> MAYOR'S COMMENTS <br /> APPOINTMENTS <br /> Mayor KSnch asketl for concurrence of appointments to the <br /> Centennial Committee. <br /> Moved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilman Anderson to <br /> concur with the appointments of Joan Ashlock, Dale Lyski and <br /> Dottie Piasecki, Co-Chairs{ and Misty Barren, Gail Chism, <br /> Richard James, Pat Keaty, Judy Morrison, Torg Olsen, Charlene <br /> Pinkham, Mark SoIne and Alternate Anabelle Collings to the City <br /> of Everett C3ntanniel Committee. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> • <br /> SAFETY PRESENTATION <br /> Mayor Kinch introduced Charlie Sav rns, Safety Inspector, who <br /> presented the Mayor's Safety Award to Darlene Thompson of the <br /> Everett Water Pollution Control Facility. <br /> • <br /> HUMAN SERVICES PRESENTATION <br /> C Mayer Kinch introduced Wilma Betts, Human Services Coordinator, <br /> who presented Community Service Certificates to members of the <br /> American Jewish Society for Service who have boyo doing <br /> community service by assisting the agencies in Evere!'., involved <br /> with meeting the needs of the nameless. <br /> A.
