Councilman Moser <br /> felt it appropriate that they go to the Traffic Department. <br /> PRESIDENT'S COMMENTS <br /> President Morrow offered condolences to the family of Mrs.Bill <br /> Spurling. <br /> 0 <br /> ATTORNEY'S COMMENTS <br /> City Attorney Bruce Jones introduced an easement agreement for <br /> action. <br /> Moved by Councilman Pope, seconded by Councilman Diamond to <br /> authorize the Mayor to execute an easement agreement for the <br /> plat of Mac's Blue Spruce, Pioneer Properties/Richard A. <br /> Johnson & Co., for the installation of a portion of the <br /> Southend Sewer Interceptor. <br /> Roll wes called with all councilmen voting Yee. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> CITIZENS'COMMENTS <br />, cflunC'IMeM'e" <br /> Steve Oss, 1909 Wetmore, questioned the intent of the 72 hour <br /> parking ordinance as he had received several parking tickets. <br /> Mayor Kinch will be reviewing his problem.
