476 <br /> September 4,1991 <br /> ; ) <br /> Rebuttal comments were received from Paul Ketanski, Janes <br /> Haney and Dave Enger. <br /> Paul Roberts recommended that Council accept a corrected page <br /> 35 to the Decision Document, uphold the determination of the <br /> Responsible Official and deny the appeals in regards to <br /> transportation. <br /> Moved by Councilman Pope, seConded by Councilman Gipson to <br /> adopt the findings and conclusions,uphold the determination of <br /> the Responsibit Official including the correction of page 35 in <br /> the Decision Document and deny the appeal in regards to <br /> transportation issues. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilmen Moser and Morrow who voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> VOIR DIRE QUESTIONS <br /> ( <br /> Discussion was held to the validity of the voir dire <br /> questions. Mr. Sellers determined that each appellanI could <br /> voluntarily answer during their presentations or could submit <br /> the answers in writing. There is no requirement to answer. <br /> PAINE FIELD GUN CLUB RELOCATION - <br /> Presentations of the adverse impacts to the Paine Field Gun <br /> Glob and their relocation requirements were given by Richard <br /> Aramburu and Don Shakow, economist. Mr. Aramburu asked for <br /> relocation assistance to the Gun Club with the precise level of <br /> funding required remanded to the Responsible Official for <br /> determination. <br /> Comments were received from Dick McCann, Max Pahmeier, Frank <br /> Figg, and Kirk Vinish, Planning staff. Mr. McCann again <br /> expressed objection to the 15 documents presented by the Gun <br /> Club. <br /> (-) <br />
