475 <br /> September 4,1991 <br /> C <br /> The SIPA Appeals Hearing ofthe Boeing Expansion Project was <br /> reconvened at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 4, 1991 with <br /> all councilmembers in attendance and Walter Sellers serving as <br /> Moderator. <br /> Mr. Sellers introduced the revised schedule stating that Mr. <br /> Johnston on behalf of the Johnston Clients will start the <br /> hearing and due to illness,will present his remarks on all of <br /> the remaining ie... <br /> Mr. Johnston presented comments on housing, economics, parks, <br /> traffic, schools, solid waste, and utilities, all impacted by <br /> the Boeing expansion. <br /> Mr. Richard McCann, Attorney for Boeing, made the following <br /> comments: <br /> 1. The photo presented as a posting of the site was <br /> misidentified and he requested that it be <br /> withdrawn as an exhibit. <br /> 4 2. He requested that the Voir Dire questions be <br /> answered by the appellants as submitted on the <br /> first day of the hearing. <br /> 3. He expressed his objection to the submission of <br /> the 15 documents from the gun club as to their <br /> relevancy to this matter. <br /> 4. He strongly Objected to Council hearing comments <br /> 1 <br /> on any subject relating to the Boeing Appeal <br /> ',Reese. et their jegujatr council meeting this <br /> morning. <br /> C <br /> TRANSPORTATION <br /> Mr. Don Doran, speaking on behalf of Don Miller, reviewed the <br /> neighborhood traffic impacts that mill be caused due to the <br /> expansion project.
