This is the last year that <br /> these funds will be available to Everett. Everett will need to <br /> develop new funding sources through HOME or other programs to <br /> continue this program,ou gO <br /> Roll,was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Nation carried. <br /> AGREEMENT-HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FUNDS <br /> Moved by Councilman Overstreet, seconded by Councilmen Gipson <br /> to authorize the Mayor to sign an amendment to a contract with <br /> the State of Washington for Housing Assistance Program Funds. <br /> Additional time is needed by the CHIP staff to complete the 30 <br /> nits of rehabilitation for low-income homeowners with the <br /> $230,000 grant from the State Housing Trust Fund.
