nen <br /> • <br /> September 5,1991 <br /> 0 <br /> HUMAN SERVICES, PARKS, SCHOOLS, LAW A JUSTICE AND IMPACTS ON <br /> INDIRECT POPULATION <br /> Paul Roberts, Fred Stewart, Jim Haney, Hiller West, and Dick <br /> McCann commented on the human services,parks,schools,law and <br /> justice and impacts on indirect population issues. <br /> 0 <br /> Moved by Councilman Diamond, seconded by Councilman Moser to <br /> adopt the findings and conclusions, affirm the Decision <br /> Document and deny the appeals in regards to Human Services, <br /> Parks, Schools, Law B Justice and Impacts on Indirect <br /> Population Issues. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> SNOHOMISH COUNTY CONDITIONAL WITHDRAWAL <br /> Moved by Councilman Pope, seconded by Councilman Gipson to <br /> accept Snohomish County's Conditional Withdrawal of Appeal <br /> subject to the terms as agreed upon by the County and the <br /> Responsible Official. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br />• <br /> An executive session was requested by the City Attorney to <br /> discuss a legal matter. <br /> FREUDENBERG ISSUES 0 <br /> Randal St Mary, Attorney for the Freudenhergs, reported that <br /> agreement had been reached between the Booing Company, the <br /> Freudenbergs and the City. He requested that the Appeal of the <br /> Freudenbergs be withdrawn. <br /> (2) <br /> 0 <br />
