489 <br /> September 11,1991 <br /> C <br /> Moved by Councilman Overstreet, seconded by Councilman Pope to <br /> amend the resolution with the addition of °WHEREAS, Inc <br /> administration will report the preferred Action Plan on or <br /> before December 11,1991." <br /> Roll was called on the amendment with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> C <br /> Roll was called on the resolution as amended as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, the Environmental Impact Study for the Downtown <br /> Transit Center has been completed; <br /> WHEREAS,trInv2tLeg possible downtown Jefgtitmitnt <br /> WHEREAS, closure of the Public Hearing of May 15, 1991 and <br /> September 11, 1991, and acknowledgement of the final SEPA does <br /> not imply agreement with any recommended site; <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> imithrePert the Pref <br /> erred Actio <br /> n <br /> oref=0=71, ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby <br /> acknowledges the final SEPA Environmental Impact Statement and <br /> NEPA Environmental Assessment dated December, 1990 and closes <br /> the Public Hearing of May 15,1991,and September 11,1991. <br /> All councilmen voted yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Upon motion the meeting adjourned at 10.00 a.m. afterwhic, a <br /> workshop on Solid Waste Management was presented b; CtrIten <br /> Gipson.
