I sol O <br /> September 18,1991 f� <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF'MX CI"Y <br /> OF EVERETT( <br /> (DUE TO THE LENGTH OF THIS DOCUMENT,FIND THE I. <br /> COMPLETE DOCUMENT ON FILE IN THE CITY CLERK'S OFFICE.) <br /> 0 <br /> Decision: <br /> Deny the appeal and affirm the Decision Document as written <br /> with regartl to M1is issue. <br /> Further, Be It Resolved By The City Council Of the City of <br /> Brett that the appeals from the City of Mukilteo, Community <br /> Transit, Betty Blair, Gorge Smith, Etta Southern, Snohomish <br /> County Alliance to End Homelessness, Stzeamkeepers of Everett <br /> and Snohomish County, Friends of Responsible and Orderly <br /> Growth, Citizen Advocates far Responsible Development, Vision <br /> SnohomishCou ty, Snohomish aunty Improvement Alliance, Don �> <br /> Miller and Paine Field Gun Club are all denied in accordance <br /> with the provisions of this Resolution. <br /> Further, Be It Resolved By The City Council Of The City Of <br /> Everett that the City Council granted the mations of Snohomish <br /> County Council, and Darrel and Roma Freudenberg to withdraw <br /> their appeals. <br /> Further, Be It Resolved By The City Council Of The City of <br /> Everett that the Responsible Official is directed to modify the <br /> Decision Document in accordance with the provisions of this <br /> Resolution. <br /> Roll w called on the motion a ended with all councilmen O <br /> voting was <br /> except Councilman Diamond who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> REQUEST To PROCEED <br /> Richard McCann,Attorney for the Boeing Company,asked that the <br /> oeing Company be authorized to proceed with replacement of <br /> certain wetlands subject to the T requirements and constraints <br /> (\ <br /> contained In the decision documents. l <br />
