Definitions have changed, performance requirements have been added relating to response time and radio operations. Councilman Overstreet asked if there had been any dialogue with the ambulance companies. Murray Gordon explained that early in 0 1991 a draft proposal had been given to them and meetings followed. Councilman Cattle asked if the criteria laid out in the ordinance in qualifying hes been reviewed in terms of potential concerns of excluding people in the marketplace. Jim Iles, Assistant City Attorney, felt options were provided. He alsos tated that additional insurance provisions were included.
