551 0 October 16,1991 ` Finance Director Bill Cushman explained that City staff selected the financial system from Nissi Technologies, Inc. t0 replace the City's existing financial software. The city has been working with Nissi for the past three months in completing the formal fit analysis of the Nissi financial software. With the fit analysis completed, the City is now ready t0 proceed with the implementation of the software therefore requiring the purchase of the software license. Roll was celled with all councilmen voting yes except O Councilman Gipson and President Morrow who were excused. Motion carried. BID REPORT-UTILITIES INVENTORY MATERIALS Five bltls wee opened.at the September 19, 1991 bid opening for Utilities inventory motorial s. The following suppliers submitted bids: Concrete Products,Inc.,Arlington N.D.Fowler Company,Bellevue Western Util'ies Supply,Everett Material Distributor's Inc.,Woodinville Foreman's Flange b Tap,Seattle ' Thera were nine categories to bid and a total of 451 individual line items. A detailed breakdown Of the bids is on'file in the City Clerk's Office. Staff re c ends awarding the bid for categories 2,3,4,and 5 to H.D. Fowler, Bellevue{and the bid for categories 1, 6, 7, 0, and 9 to Materiel distributor's Inc.,the lowest and most responsive bidders,at their unit prices bid.
