Oeveloper <br /> mitigation fees from Boeing anO other developers are available <br /> to. provide• 100%. funding for this. project estimated at <br /> $1,200,000. Consultant services are required to. provide a <br /> traffic study for each intersection, recommendations for <br /> improvement, and possibly fox a second phase to prepare <br /> construction plans and:specifications, <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilman Gipson and President Morrow who were excused. <br /> . . <br /> .
