On August 2, 1991, the Silver Lake <br /> Action Committee submitted comments on the DNS. The City <br /> prepared a Revised Mitigated Determination of Nen-Significance <br /> Cg n August 12, 1991, addressing a number of Silver Lake Action <br /> Committee's(SLAC's)concerns. <br /> On August 21, 1991, Dorthy Vandeventer of the Silver Lake <br /> Action COmml.ttee (SLAC) filed a SEPA appeal. The primary <br /> concern of the appeal is the. water public access <br /> improvements neared by the City a part of the project <br /> ae out s ns.and shore improvements. SLAC 1s concerned <br /> bout who would Obtaining the Shoreline permits and the <br /> procedure. They would like a comprehensive approach to <br /> shoreline improvements. <br /> Mr. Ervine also indicated that s resolution has been drafted by <br /> staff, reviewed by SLAC and would be coming to Council next <br /> eek. He also stated that it was his understanding the purpose <br /> of the hearing tonight w so that anyone who could not testify <br /> at ext eek's rubblesshearing ould do tonight. He <br /> mentioned that there was also a tree inventory concern. <br /> The <br /> site plan specifically indicated the trees that would be left <br /> On the site. <br /> Councilman.Moser w concerned that there w a provision for <br /> cC <br /> transit access. He <br /> was told that pedestrian access would be <br /> provided. <br /> Councilman Pope asked if there was e [ <br /> problem with access for <br /> the Fire Department.
