581 <br /> October 23,1991 <br /> C3‘ <br /> President Narrow had concern that by granting the vacation it <br /> would affect many of the neighbors. <br /> Councilman Gipson expressed that he felt staff was making the <br /> vacation recommendation for housekeeping purposes. <br /> Moved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilman Diamond to <br /> approve the vacation of the south 20 feet of 50th Street S.W., <br /> Co <br /> Chinook Drive to Ocean Avenue subject to payment of 1/2 the <br /> appraised value and retainage of easements. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except President <br /> Morrow who voted no and Councilman Overstreet who was excused <br /> and Councilman Pope who was out of Council Chambers. <br /> Notion carried. <br /> The meeting recessed into executive session on a land use <br /> matter. <br /> Upon motion the meeting reconvened and adjourned at 12:30 p.m. <br /> C..
