502 <br /> GOctober 30,1991 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to <br /> order at BOO a.m., October 30, 1991 in the City Council <br /> Chambers of the Everett City Hall, President Morrow presiding. <br /> Upon roll call it was found that Mayor Kinch and all councilmen <br /> were present except Councilman Anderson who was excused. <br /> The minutes of the October 23, 1991 City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed with the following clarification. <br /> Councilman Overstreet abstained from the vote. <br /> Councilman Moser explained that his intent regarding sending <br /> representation to the symposium on the Shoreline Management Act <br /> was that the Planning Department should urge representation <br /> from the Planning CommiEiion Or Shoreline Committee. <br /> MAYOR'S COMMENTS <br /> Mayer Kinch reported that he had attended the Puget Sound <br /> Regional Council Executive Board meeting and that due to the <br /> reorganization efforts and withdrawals of several cities during <br /> the past year,the central cities had to make up the difference <br /> in dues. It was decided that the central cities should be <br /> credited with that amount of money;therefore, there will be a <br /> reduction for next year.
