The proposed project is located mid-black on the <br /> EaSt <br /> side of Colby between 25th and 26th Streets, which is i <br /> themost nOstherly portion of B-1, the Central Business <br /> District Zone. All zoning requirements were <br /> reflected in the <br /> original site plan submission which has not bchanged. 0 <br /> 2. WHEREAS, the City Council finds that after review of a <br /> environmental checklist .andpublic and agency comments, <br /> Mitigated Determinationof N -Significance (MONS)' (SEPA <br /> was s issued September 10, 1991. The Revised MONS <br /> included threenew <br /> ur <br /> mitigation volunteered by the <br /> applicant: SEPA Mitigation Measures Five, Six, and Seven. <br />• These measures related to parking. <br /> 1. WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the SEPA Ordinance <br /> (Ordinance 1348-87) Policies pertaining to the Built <br /> Environment are the basis for SEPA mitigation measures. The <br /> Ordinance includes the following statement' <br /> DUE TO THE LENGTH OF THIS DOCUMENT IT IS NOT PRINTED <br /> HERE IN ITS ENTIRETY.
