Due to the complexity of this bid a <br /> detailed breakdown is on file in the City Clerk's Office. <br />• <br />• Staff recommends awarding the contract to Unisource Corporation <br /> of Kent,the lowest and most responsive bidder. <br /> C <br /> BID AWARD <br /> Moved by Councilman Overstreet, seconded by Councilman Moser to <br /> award the bid for the purchase of towels and tissue to <br /> Unisource Coiporation,Kent,WA, at their unit prices bid: SOD <br /> cases Scott 150-2 towels at $13.62 per case; and 150 cases <br /> Scott 510-2 tissue at $27.37 per case, for a total cost of <br /> $15,897.92 including Washington State sales tax. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br />• <br /> Councilman Anderson who was excused. <br />• <br /> COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT Motion carried. <br />• <br /> Moved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilman Moser to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign a Cooperative Purchasing Agreement <br /> with the City of Snohomish. <br />• <br /> The duty of Snohomish desires to enter an intergovernmental <br /> Tc:bative purchasing arrangement with us as allowed Cr RCW <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilman Anderson who,.excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> C <br /> AGREEMENT-APPLICATOR TRUCK <br />• <br /> Moved by Councilman Overstreet, seconded by Councilman Pope to <br /> accept first option of proposal from Ag-Chem Equipment Company, <br /> Minnetonka,Minnesota,for a surplus applicator truck. <br /> C <br />
