• <br /> 619 <br /> November 13,1991 <br /> Councilman Diamond expressed his support of the private <br /> enterprise system and stated that the property owners should <br /> also be considered. <br /> David Koenig, Planning Staff, stressed that in the Planning <br /> Staff's opinion, adequate safeguards are in place to assure <br /> that the rights of ell participants are protected and that the <br />• resolution provides for adequate monitoring. <br /> Councilman Overstreet recommended that additional wording be <br /> considered to assure that City Council has adequate review time 0 <br /> for the 1993 consortium action. <br /> Moved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilman Pope to <br /> adopt Resolution No. 3555 adopting the 1952 Comprehensive <br /> Housing Affordability Strategy(CHAS). <br /> Moved by Councilman Overstreet,seconded by Councilman Moser to <br /> add the following language to the staff commitment portion as <br /> it relates the formation of a consortium with Snohomish County: <br /> :Po,r,:::/7.:,Ltig:1! decision by City Council for 1993 <br /> Roll was called on the amendment with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Amendment Carried. <br /> Resolution No.3555 as amended is as follows; <br /> :Mtn. City of Committed,.
