6 726 <br /> CDecember 30,1991 <br /> B 6 0 TAX PENALTIES MITIGATION SCHEDULE <br /> Moved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilman Moser to <br /> aUthorize the City Clerk's proposed mitigation schedule for 12 <br /> months in lieu of appeals of B d O tax penalties as follows: <br /> If the tax due for all delinquent periods is paid within <br /> thirty days,the penalty is rived; <br /> If the tax due for all delinquent periods is paid within <br /> 120 days, the penalty is one half of the total penalty <br /> due:and <br /> If the tax due for all delinquent periods is paid within <br /> 180 days,the penalty is 75M of the total penalty due. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion tallied. <br /> LABOR AGREEMENT ADDENDUM-POLICE OFFICERS <br /> Moved.'.by Councilman,Pope, seconded <br /> onded by' Councilman Anderson to <br /> authorize the Mayor to signan addendum to 1991-1992 Labor <br /> Agreement between the City of Everett and the Everett Police <br /> Officers'Association. <br />( Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION-INTENT TO COOPERATE(GROWTH MANAGEMENT PCT) <br /> Moved by Councilman Overstreet, seconded by Councilman Moser to <br /> adopt Resolution No. 3582 expressing intent to cooperate and <br /> coordinate efforts with Southwest Snohomish County cities <br /> concerning implementation of the Growth Management Act as <br /> Pallors: <br /> WHEREAS, cities and counties are required by the Growth <br /> Management Act (GMA) to plan for and adopt urban growth areas <br /> (DOA's);and..•. <br />
