Moved by Councilman Moser, seconded by Councilman Pope to amend the "Long List"of Zoning Code Amendments by remanding back to the Planning Commission the followingsections: sections relating to the definitions of "solid waste transfer station" and"substance abuse treatment clinic, offices" in CB 9110-66; Section 3 of CB 9110-68 relating to"Calculation of Permitted Density": Section 10 of CB 9110-68 relating to "allowing the use of tandem parking spaces in•ltiple family developments"; and Section 51 of CB 9110-60 relating t0"allowing an increase in the,permittedheight of building appurtenances to accomodate solar energy features int,buildings". • • Roll was called with alln oilmen voting yes except Councilman Diamond who was excised and Councilman Campbell who abstained.
