13 <br /> January B,1992 <br /> GMoved by Councilvan Muer,seconded by Councilman Pope to amend <br /> the"Long List"of Zoning Code amendments by remanding the term <br /> "transportation activities, including railroad yards, marine excluding <br /> trade activities, related activities, <br /> airports"in CB 9110-67 back to the Planning Commission. <br /> Councilman Moser felt rallroxd yards should be subject to a <br /> more stringent review process. <br /> Allan Giffen,Planning, Pelt tnis was contrary to the Planning <br /> C,mmissicn,intent. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilman Anderson who votetlCouncilman Diamond who was <br /> excused,and Councilman Campbellwho <br /> o abstained. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> • <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser, seconded by Councilman Pope to amend <br /> the "Long List" of Zoning Code Amendments by removing <br /> pry dwelling units" from the use-Standards Tables for <br /> R-S, -5-1,R-I and R-2 zones in CB 9110-67. <br /> Councilman Moser was concerned about the increased density that <br /> would be allowed. a <br /> Councilman Overstreet felt this is addressing a more efficient <br /> use of our land base. <br /> Roll was called with Councilman Maser voting yes; Councilmen <br /> Anderson, Overstreet, Pope and Gipson votingCouncilman <br /> Diamond was excused;and Councilman Campbell abstained. <br /> Motion defeated. <br /> • <br /> C <br />
