The City of Everett objectives and priorities for <br /> Community Development Block Grant Funds, 1992 through <br /> 1995 including map,are hereby adopted. <br /> VIII. All payments and income from the Housing Rehabilitation <br /> Program will be used for rehabilitation purposes and <br /> will not be considered as a part of the public service <br /> limit in the future. This is estimated at $250,000.00 <br /> for 1992. <br /> IX. The Housing Hope funding will be a loan with details of <br /> terms and conditions to be returned to City Council in a <br /> contract. The intent is to start a fund for housing <br /> construction programs in the future. <br /> X. The Community Development Plan and other application <br /> requirenmnts are to be sent to the U.S. Department of <br /> Housing and Urban Development to complete all <br /> application requirements. <br /> XI. The Everett Boy's and Girl's Club of Snohomish County <br /> project in northeast Everett will he given priority next <br /> year in consideration for 1993 funding,subject to fund <br /> raising going well and the proposed project Acing In the <br /> proposed schedule.
