April 1,1992 0uncilman Moser reported that the Rapid Transit Authority bill <br /> has been signed by the Governor and explained the City's <br /> responsibilities. <br /> PRESIDENT'S COMMENTS <br /> President Gipsonoced the Snohomish County Prayer <br /> Breakfast would be held April 17th. <br /> ATTORNEY'S COMMENTS <br /> City Attorney Mike Weight asked for action regarding dedication <br /> of open space involving the Powder Mill GulcM1e orridor. <br /> Through a oversight the property transaction x notratified <br /> by Council. property owner, L.A. Wellcome was <br /> requested <br /> so n <br /> this be done so he can use it for tax purposes. <br /> Moved by Councilman Pope, seconded by Councilman Diamond that <br /> the City accept approximately 25 acres <br /> of open space involving <br /> the Powder Mill Gulch corridor deededto the City in December <br /> 1988 by L.A.Wellcome. <br /> Roll was called with all counclimembers voting yes. 1 <br /> Motion carried. <br /> CITIZEN'S COMMENTS <br /> Al Piali, 5529 Lowell Road, expressed a concern regarding a <br /> fence between his property and his neighbor'sthat blocks his <br /> view. t <br /> Jim Hanson, Planning, has been ted. Because of <br /> thedefinition of "front of house" he has been unable to do <br /> anything.
