They postponed action <br /> on <br /> " <br /> the definition of substance abuse treatment clinic, <br /> office". They tabled a provision for tree preservation and <br /> placement and the item relating to merger of conforming lots by <br /> ttt) construction. <br /> They recommended modifying parking requirements for single <br />]%t familyattached development in multiple family zones and they <br /> recommended a clarification of the appeals provision of the <br /> Zoning Code. <br /> Staff recommends approving the Planning Commissions <br /> recommendation by adopting this ordinance. <br /> Councilman Pope questioned whether the whole Zoning Code would <br /> have to be printed in the newspaper if these amendments were <br /> adapted. Allen giffen responded that it would not have to be <br /> published in entirety. <br /> Councilman Moser had concerns <br /> ern regarding the rear setback for <br /> rcial on which abutan improved public alley when <br /> residential zones <br /> districts are located directly across such <br /> public alley. It was decided that this would be dealt with <br /> individually at a later .date. <br /> Lisa Lundt, 1710 Rucker Avenue, a partner involved in the <br /> development of the Victorians Carden Town Homes located at 33rd <br /> and Rockefeller expressed support for the modification of the <br /> parking requirement in the multiple family zone for single <br /> family dwellings. <br /> Moved by Councilman Pape, seconded by Councilman Diamond to <br /> close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilman Anderson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br />{ <br />
