COUNCIL BILL 9204-16 \,J FIRST READING: AN ot00000CE establishing regulations regarding od Ordinance time and repealing Ortlinance No. 1218-89 and Ordinance No.1267-86. PUBLIC HEARING-ZONING CODE President Gipson opened the public hearing regarding revisions to the Zoning Cade and amending Ordinance Nos. 1671-89, 1729-90,1847-92,1848-92,and 1849-92. Allan Ciffan,Planning Department,explained that this was part f the first a ual review of the Zoning Code. On January 8, 1992,the City Council held a public hearing on the"long list" of Zoning Code amendments. While most of the items on the long list were approved, the Council remanded several items to the PlanningCommission for further consideration. The Planning Commission held a public hearing on March 3, 1992 to consider theremanded items and two additional items suggested by staff. One Planning Commission took action on all but three of the remanded items,and an the two additional items recommended 0 by staff.
