On January 8, <br /> 1992,the City Council held a public hearing on the"long list" <br /> of Zoning Code amendments. While most of the items on the long <br /> list were <br /> approved, the Council remanded several items to the <br /> PlanningCommission for further consideration. The Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing on March 3, 1992 to consider <br /> theremanded items and two additional items suggested by <br /> staff. One Planning Commission took action on all but three of <br /> the remanded items,and an the two additional items recommended <br /> 0 by staff. <br />
