He gave the example of not thoroughly dealing with <br /> the expansion's impact on schools. <br /> Moved by Councilman Overstreet, seconded by Councilman Pope to <br /> amend Resolution A by inserting the word, (—)"thorough", in item <br /> A, Resolution A as follows, The City of Everett supports an <br /> impartial "thorough" process for planning and siting airport <br /> capacity <br /> Councilman Moser asked if the Word, "thorough" would change <br /> anything.
