Councilman Campbell agreed with <br /> Councilman Diamond. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilmen Campbell, Pope, and Diamond who voted no and <br /> Councilman Moser who was excused. <br /> Motion defeated. <br /> As the motion ended in a tie vote this request for an amendment <br /> to the Lend Use Map of the Everett General Plan dies. <br /> Moved by Councilman Diamond, Seconded Sr Councilman Campbell to <br /> adopt Resolution g approving the application of Can Warnock to <br /> amend the Land Use Map of the Everett General Plan for property <br /> located at 1930 Colby Avenue. <br />
