City Attorney Mike Weight <br /> said he would report back to council. Councilman Overstreet <br /> asked if that update could take plane by July.22.:... <br /> LOAN APPLICATION-WATER TRANSMISSION LINE <br /> Moved by Councilman Anderson, seconded by Councilman Overstreet <br /> to authorize the Mayor to sign a Public Works.Trust Fund loan <br /> application for a water transmission line project. <br /> The proposed project to be financed by a PWTF loan is <br /> replacement of transmission line No. 2, No.3, and No.4 where <br /> they cross the Pilchuck River. smission lines No. 2 and <br /> No. 3 sill also be replaced along a steep slope immediately <br /> east ofthe Pilchuck River. In addition, approximatelyY 3,000 <br /> linear feet of transmission line No. 2 will be replaced est of <br /> the Pilchuck River. <br /> The application 1s for a$3,500,000 loan to be repaid over a 20 <br /> year period. A local match of$400,000 will be required The <br /> interest rate on the loan will be 3%. <br /> Roll was called with allou ncilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilman Maser who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
