2. <br /> July 1,1992 <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION-TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PLAN UPDATE <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser, seconded by Councilman Diamond to <br /> adopt Resolution No. 3642 adopting the annual Transportation <br /> Improvement Plan(T.I.P.)update for 1993-1P98. <br /> Councilman Moser requested that an additional item be included <br /> to add <br /> under principal arterials. He wished to add a study and design <br /> of a north off 0and on-ramp and a south on-ramp off 12th Street <br /> in the vicinity of Dagmar, Landing due to solid waste <br /> program consideration Smith Island.
