246 <br /> July 1,1992 <br /> Lakeside Industries $658,561.00 <br /> Wilder Construction 693,287.50 <br /> Associated Sand/Gravel 697,936.40 <br /> Staff recommended awarding the contract for the 1992.Asphalt <br /> Concrete Overlay to Lakeside Industries, the lowest and most <br /> responsive bidder. <br /> BID AWARD .. _ .. ... <br /> Moved by Councilman Anderson, seconded by Councilman Campbell <br /> to award the contract for the 1992 Asphalt Concrete Overlay to <br /> Lakeside Industries,Monroe,based upon their proposal and unit <br /> bid of unit prices extended for the estimated total of$658,561 <br /> as received at the bid opening held at 2:00 p.,,.,June 11,1992. <br /> Roll was celled with allcncilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilman Pope who out of the Council Chamberand <br /> Councilnen Overstreet who was <br /> s excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT-ALVERSON BRIDGE FUNDING <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser, seconded by Councilman Anderson to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign the Alverson Bridge Funding <br /> Agreement between the City of Everett and Washington State <br /> •Department ofi Traneportatlon. <br /> • <br /> Roll was celled with all councilmen voting yea except <br /> Councilman Overstreet who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION-41ST.STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser, seconded by Councilman Campbell to <br /> adopt Resolution No. 3643 committing City matching funds for <br /> road improvement to 41st Street(Grand-Broadway). ---__-- <br /> councilman Diamond questioned whether this plan as opposed to <br /> the 37th Street plan was the best.
