The <br /> purpose of.Coqncil's consideration of this matter at this time <br /> is to allow Council to review the recommended list of specific <br /> issues which need additional consideration before Council is <br /> able to render a decision. <br /> Vice President Anderson stated that the attorneys representing <br /> the Lowell.Civic Association and Burlington Northern would he <br /> allowed time to comment concerning the proposed list. He said <br /> that no public input will be taken as that portion of the <br /> hearing has concluded. <br /> In response to direction to staff from City Council et the SEPA <br /> appeal hearing on .June 17, 1992,.on.the Burlington Northern <br /> Microwave Tower, the staff has identified Inc following <br /> information whiclh Burlington Northern must provide on issues <br /> identified by Council. Staff is requesting that City Council (-) <br /> affirm the specific informatisn identified will be sufficient <br /> to determine the adequacy of the Responsible Official's <br /> decision on this matter or identify other specific information <br /> needed. <br /> I. View Impact and Aesthetics <br /> A. Provide photographs showing the limos from Ill of <br /> the homes impacted,with the proposed tower superimposed <br /> on each photo. <br /> B. Address possible measures to reduce view impacts. <br /> 1. Reduce height of tower <br /> 2. Reduce width of tower <br /> 3. Address the possibility of using a monopole <br /> structure <br /> O. Graphically show maximum number of microwave <br /> dishes and antennas to.be placed on tower <br /> II.Health <br /> A. Provide written information on the total number of <br /> antennas and dishes to be located on the proposed tower <br /> B.
