He said the City <br /> is incorrect in pursuing the appeal at this level. <br /> Rail was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilman Overstreet who voted no and President Gipson and <br /> Councilmen Diamond and',loser who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Vice President Anderson announced that the hearing on the <br /> Burlington Northern Tower would be continued until the issues <br /> are reviewed and can be presented for a decision by Council. <br /> Councilman Diamond will be asked to review the minutes and <br /> listen to the tape of this portion of the hearing so that he <br /> can participate in the decision process. <br /> C' <br /> Upon motion the meeting adjourned at 9:40 a.m. <br /> Read and approved as printed. <br /> .res dmnt <br />
